DICyP is engaged in the preservation of the environment and the use of renewable energies. We set out human and technical means to optimize to the maximum the energy in the building, considering of vital importance energy saving and its rational use.

The Energy Efficiency that DICyP suggests in buildings is based on a combination of different actions that conceptually are, to summarize, as follows:

                  • Reduction of the demand of energy and CO2 emissions.
                  • Increase of performance of facilities.
                  • Control systems for rational use of energy.
                  • Use of renewable energy in the premises.

The Know-How gained in the design and set up of installations allows us to reach an improvement in the Energy Efficiency of the installations where we take part, either in the industrial, residential or retail sector.

Energetic services offered:

      • ENERGY AUDITS: cover the study of the processes, envelope inspection, facilities analysis, consumptions monitoring, supervision of features and a technical / economical proposal of energy efficiency improvement, according to UNE 216.501 Auditorías Energéticas standard.
      • INTEGRAL ENERGY CONTROL: ranging from monitoring and recording of energy consumption over time for monitoring and analysis to develop energy management plans comprising from the implementation and monitoring of energy saving measures to the application of data mining techniques for mining recorded data and energy optimization. Finally, the implementation of energy improvement investments, ensuring savings.
      • EERR: Within the different services we offer in this scope, are to highlight the following:
        • Design of Renewable Energies: Solar thermal energy, Photovoltaic solar energy, biomass based systems, etc.
        • Design of high efficiency generation systems, such as CHP (Combined Heat and Power) and CCHP (Combined Cooling, Heat and Power) at different scales.
        We have the necessary equipment and energy simulation software to obtain an effective data collection, system modelling and verification of proposals.
